  1. Hi, i'm looking some information about the throttle potentiometer and idle/WOT switch integrated sensors.
The 0280120418 / 433 seems to have only the idle switch:

I'd like to know it the PASSAT has the sensor above and if it is a double (idle+WOT) switch + integrated pot unit.
    Thanks.

  2. The Motor Code PB with Digifant 2 In this car is EURO 0 norm and is 1.8 Litre 8 Valves.

Wath you've photographed is the Potentiometer from 2.0 Litre motor code 2E (if I'm not wrong)

In PB Motor the same switch acts as minimum and maximum, the firmware in the ECU is "deciding" were the Maximum should be, basing it on motor charge via air flux metering and RPM Interpolated.

To be sure try to get the schematic for the 2.0 Litre version you will see the switch how is acting during running and in the static condition. Before that you should get exact motor code and year of production of the car and if is EURO 0 or EURO 1 or EURO 2 Norm (Important differences)

Remember that Passat B3 is NOT THE SAME AS B4. (Completely different in many ways).
